Privacy Policy

The Dome Below is an offline bunker-building game for iPhone. This policy explains, in plain language, what the game does and does not do with information. The short version: the game does not collect any personal data from anyone.

Effective date: 28 September 2026

01

Who we are

The Dome Below is published by Seyso Services Inc.(“we”, “us”). You can reach us at info@seysoservices.com.

02

Information we collect

None. The Dome Below does not collect, store on a server, sell or share personal information. Specifically, the game has:

  • no accounts, sign-in or registration;
  • no advertising;
  • no analytics and no tracking across apps or websites;
  • no third-party software that collects data;
  • no in-app purchases;
  • no network communication for gameplay — the game is played entirely offline.

03

What stays on your device

To let you keep playing where you left off, the game saves your progress only on your device, in the app’s own storage (the game’s web view storage plus the app’s private preferences). This includes things like your dome layouts, crew names you typed, appearance choices and settings. We never receive a copy.

Deleting the app deletes this progress. If your device makes backups (for example, iCloud or computer backups), whether app data is included is controlled by your device settings, not by us. We do not offer a cloud backup of your game.

04

Sharing you choose to do

Players can choose to copy a dome or character share code, or save a poster imageto the device. These can include names the player typed into the game. Nothing is sent anywhere by the game itself. A share code or poster only leaves the device if the player pastes or sends it through another app, and that app’s own privacy policy then applies.

Tip for families: use made-up names in the game rather than real names, especially for anything you plan to share.

05

Children’s privacy

The Dome Belowis rated 13+ on the App Store, and it collects no personal information from anyone, including children. As a result, we do not collect, use or disclose children’s personal information. This is consistent with the approach of the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws: there is simply no data collection.

Since nothing is stored on our servers, there is nothing for a parent or guardian to access, review or ask us to delete. A child’s progress lives only on the device and is removed when the app is deleted. Parents and guardians are welcome to contact us at info@seysoservices.com with any questions.

06

If you email us

If you choose to email us for support, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you. Please do not include personal details that are not needed to help you. This is separate from the game, which sends us nothing.

07

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
